Assistant Manager

Full-time, including weekends. Excellent salary and benefits.

Must have managerial experience in retail garden center. California Certified Nursery Professional preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to: Establishing sales goals, coaching, product knowledge with sales staff, buying of some plant material, running the general operation of nursery with General Manager.

Must be a people person with excellent communication skills.
