Join Our Team! We Are Hiring!

Love plants, being outdoors, and working with people? Want to spend your days surrounded by plants? Looking to learn and grow in a fun and supportive environment?
Right now we’re looking for experienced customer service pros to join our team. You’ll spend your day in a beautiful, bright, open-air garden setting. You’ll help people pick out plants, ring them up, answer their questions, and spread good feelings to everyone you interact with.

You’ll need to know about plants and gardens and have a strong desire to learn more. Experience as a professional gardener or landscaper would be great. You’ll get a lot of practical questions about plant care, so you’ll need to be able to answer them authoritatively. You’ll work with very skilled nursery professionals so you will have lots of opportunities to learn. You won’t need to start out with advanced plant identification skills.

For this role we are hoping for candidates with retail experience, horticultural knowledge, and a clear and friendly communication style. You’ll be expected to lift, carry, and move heavy items, so you’ll need to be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.

32-40 hours per week,  including weekends.
